Job description:
1.  RF chip circuit design, including LNA,PA, Mixer, VCO, PLL etc.
2.  Write design documents
3.  Testing and debugging of RF circuit
4.  Related major in microelectronics, communication and electromagnetic field, master degree or above
5.  Good theoretical knowledge in simulation, mixed signal and RF IC design, has design experience in RFIC
6.  Familiar with RF IC design process, proficient in using SpectreRF，Eldo-RF，ADS，FastSpice and other EDA tools.
7.  Successful tape-out experience in IC design of LNA、PA、Mixer、VCO、PLL preferred
8.  Successful mass-production experience in chip designing of Bluetooth, Zigbee, WIFI preferred

Job requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree or above
2.  Related major in microelectronics, communication and electromagnetic field
3.  Honest, meticulous, patient, has strong sense of responsibility and hard work

Working time:  Mon-Fri, 9AM-17PM
